1. Delivery Policy (Shipping)

Digital Nature: All products sold on DevDreaming (operated by CodeBucks) are 100% digital. We do not ship any physical goods to your address.
Instant Access: Upon successful payment via our Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments), you will receive a download link directly in your email inbox.
Timeline: Delivery is usually instant. However, in rare cases of network delays, please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive. Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders if you do not see it.

All Sales Are Final: Because our products are digital assets (source code, templates) that cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we do not offer refunds as a standard practice.
Exceptions: We may offer a refund within 7 days of purchase only if:
The file is technically corrupted and cannot be fixed by support.
The product description was significantly misleading.
How to Request: To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at devwhodreams@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Dispute Handling: As the Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments handles the secure processing of payments. However, all refund requests must be initiated through us (CodeBucks) first for approval.

Since order fulfillment is instantaneous, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed and the download link is sent.
